It extends WooCommerce beyond store-owned fulfillment by adding vendor onboarding, vendor account linking, product and variation-level vendor offers, storefront vendor selection, cart and Store API vendor persistence, per-vendor shipping package splitting, purchase-order generation, vendor email dispatch, shipment confirmation, vendor API updates, and settlement snapshots.

Instead of treating a WooCommerce order as a single fulfillment event, the plugin preserves which vendor is responsible for each item. Customers can select or be routed to a vendor, the selected apc_vendor_id is carried through cart, Store API, checkout, and order item metadata, and operations teams can generate vendor-specific purchase orders after payment.

For fulfillment teams, the plugin can split shipping packages by vendor, attach vendor-origin metadata, generate or attach shipment labels, send vendor-specific PO emails, and record tracking, carrier, service, shipment status, and confirmation timestamps.
