0-10 min: Welcome, review of prompting basics, and session goals. 10-25 min: Demonstration of how follow-up questions improve incomplete, vague, or overly broad AI responses. 25-45 min: Guided practice rewriting prompts to request clarification, examples, tone changes, structure, and audience adjustments. 45-65 min: Compare two or more AI outputs for usefulness, accuracy, completeness, and fit for purpose. 65-85 min: Build reusable prompt templates with role, task, context, audience, format, constraints, and review criteria. 85-105 min: Small-group or partner practice applying templates to workplace, educational, or personal productivity scenarios. 105-115 min: Debrief common improvements, risks, and next steps. 115-120 min: Explain the Prompt Refinement and Template Check assignment.
Requirements
Learners need internet access, a device capable of joining the live online session, access to an approved conversational AI tool, and a sample everyday or workplace task they can use for prompt practice. Learners should have completed Meeting 3 or be familiar with basic prompt structure, context, audience, and format instructions.
