0-10 min: Welcome, recap of Meeting 1, and learner check-in on where they have seen generative AI used. 10-30 min: Plain-language explanation of training data, patterns, prediction, and generated responses using simple analogies. 30-50 min: Demonstration comparing strong and weak AI responses to everyday questions. 50-65 min: Guided discussion on hallucinations, outdated information, missing context, and overconfident wording. 65-80 min: Short break and reflection prompt: when would you trust, verify, or avoid using an AI response? 80-100 min: Small-group or chat-based activity reviewing sample AI outputs for errors, bias, assumptions, and missing citations. 100-112 min: Whole-class debrief connecting limitations to responsible workplace and educational use. 112-120 min: Preview the self-grading capabilities and limits check, answer questions, and identify one personal rule for reviewing AI output.
Requirements
Learners need internet access, a device capable of joining the online session, audio or chat participation capability, and access to any AI tool or instructor-provided examples used during demonstrations. No coding or technical background is required.
