Register using your legal name and current contact information. Before testing, review the exam scope and confirm that you understand this is a workforce skills certification exam, not a state real estate license, employment guarantee, or external credential. You may identify relevant coursework, brokerage support roles, transaction coordination experience, sales associate training, mortgage or title exposure, or comparable work experience during registration. After submission, your score and competency-section diagnostics will be recorded. You may share your result with employers, schools, or workforce partners at your discretion; the Academy may verify results only according to its stated records and privacy practices.

Who should apply

Eligible candidates should be able to read and interpret common residential real estate transaction language, recognize basic agency and disclosure obligations, understand buyer and seller representation workflows, and apply general financing and contract concepts in practical scenarios. Candidates do not need to hold an active real estate license, but they must not misrepresent this certification as legal authority to practice where a license is required. Candidates must complete the exam independently and attest that their answers reflect their own knowledge.

Evidence to prepare

For this standalone exam, the primary evidence is the candidate's completed timed assessment and score report. Candidates may be asked to provide identity confirmation and a brief description of relevant preparation, such as real estate coursework, brokerage onboarding, transaction coordination duties, mortgage/title exposure, sales support work, or supervised practice. Do not upload confidential client files, nonpublic transaction records, financial account data, or personally identifiable information from buyers, sellers, tenants, or third parties.

Access policy: This certification is free. Submit the application to unlock the exam immediately; a passing result remains subject to final review.
