Register for the online Responsible AI in Residential Real Estate Proficiency Exam through the Academy checkout or assigned enrollment link. Confirm that your name and email are correct before beginning because results are retained under that learner record. Review the eligibility criteria and attestation before starting. The exam is self-grading, timed at 75 minutes, and permits one scored attempt for this certification package. Results may be shared with the sponsoring school, employer, brokerage, property management firm, or compliance administrator only when authorized by the learner or required by the enrollment arrangement. Passing this exam documents completion of an Academy workforce skills certification assessment; it does not guarantee employment, licensure, brokerage approval, or recognition by any external regulator or professional association.

Who should apply

This exam is intended for residential real estate agents, brokers, property managers, leasing professionals, transaction coordinators, administrative staff, marketing staff, and housing-industry personnel who use or supervise AI-assisted tools. Eligible candidates should be able to: identify common generative AI limitations; protect confidential, consumer, tenant, applicant, and transaction data; recognize fair housing and anti-discrimination risks; review AI-generated listings, emails, summaries, and operational content before use; distinguish administrative support from legal, valuation, brokerage, or compliance advice; and escalate high-risk outputs to a supervising broker, manager, attorney, compliance officer, or qualified human professional when appropriate.

Evidence to prepare

No portfolio, client file, or outside work sample is required. Evidence for this standalone certification consists of: completion of the learner registration record; acceptance of the exam attestation; completion of the timed online exam; self-grading answer data; final score; section diagnostic scores; timestamped submission record; and any permitted administrative notes related to accessibility, technical interruption, identity confirmation, or exam integrity. Candidates must not upload or enter confidential client, tenant, applicant, property-owner, brokerage, or transaction information as evidence.

Access policy: The certification fee is charged once and unlocks the exam for the configured attempts. A passing result remains subject to final review.
