This is a standalone Workforce Skills Certification assessment. Candidates may apply directly by confirming they are seeking to demonstrate foundational residential property-management and leasing readiness, reviewing the exam scope, and agreeing to complete the assessment independently without unauthorized assistance.
Eligible candidates include current or aspiring residential property managers, leasing agents, assistant property managers, resident-services staff, housing operations staff, or related professionals who can read workplace scenarios in English and apply general residential leasing and property-management judgment. No prior course, class, license, or employer sponsorship is required.
No external portfolio or classroom evidence is required. Competency evidence is generated through the candidate’s scored exam responses, including knowledge, application, calculation, and situational-judgment items aligned to leasing, resident relations, documentation, maintenance coordination, fair housing awareness, privacy, safety, and escalation practices.
